Donnie Wahlberg went to a Waffle House in Charlotte, North Carolina this week and gave a pretty penny as a tip...$2,000!
The New Kids On The Block star shared a selfie to his Facebook page cheesing alongside the rest of the Waffe House crew with the generous receipt. His meal was only $82.60, but explained in his post that both his parents worked in the food industry:
"My mom waited tables, and my dad tended bars-- for years! So, when I walk into a #WaffleHouse, and the staff treats me like a king, you better believe I treat them like queens! Thanks to the team at @wafflehouseofficial Charlotte, NC!"
Wahlberg also gave the staff free tickets to his concert, showing a video of an employee, Jasmine, who said she was going to take her mom with her. So sweet!
