Taylor Swift Wins In Groping Case, But It's Not Over Yet

Taylor Swift received victory for some of her legal trouble against Denver DJ David Mueller who she claims grabbed her behind during a meet-and-greet in 2013.

The judge cleared Taylor of charges of slander, and ruled that she's not responsible for what happened to Mueller, who was fired from his station after her management called to complain about his behavior. The judge said, "The court finds as a matter of law that Taylor Swift did not act improperly," but allowed Mueller to continue his suit against the management company.

The trial resumes later today with Swift's countersuit, both sides will also be giving their closing arguments. Swift is seeking $1 in damages.
