Roslyn Breen, a 3-year-old from Michigan, has a muscular condition that limits her ability to stand and sit up on her own. That means she needs to be in a special wheelchair.
But like any other kid, she wants to dress up for Halloween.
So Roslyn's mom Tiffany, turned Roslyn's wheelchair into a beautiful, glowing Cinderella's carriage!
"I wanted her to draw attention in a positive way. A lot of times we get stares for different reason," Tiffany told Fox 17.
