Every year for V-Day, Gerard surprises me. I never know what we're doing or where we're going until we get there. This year was no different. We drove up to what looked like a liquor store. I was confused. Then the guy behind the register said "I'll show you to your table." He took us downstairs into a basement. To my surprise, the basement was actually a wine cellar/restaurant called 55 Degree Wine! It was AWESOME! Candle light dinner and wine tasting...it was a perfectly romantic evening. Of course a special night called for a spacial outfit...FAB in fact. So I decided that Valentine's dinner was the perfect moment to premiere my new fab jewelry from JutFab.
For the month of February Kimora Lee Simmons sent me the JustFab Saving Grace necklace in gold and the Award Season ring in Rose Gold. The two were perfect for Valentine's Day...simple...fab...glam...and a romantic shade of rose. For V-Day I chose to wear them together. I figured both of the fab pieces were the finishing touch to my Valentine's outfit, which consisted of black leggings, a black tank top, and a light pink blazer. It was perfect. The gold necklace complimented the black in my outfit and the rose gold ring complimented my blazer.
I love how simple and classy the Saving Grace necklace was. It's also pretty versatile and has the right amount of sparkle. The Award Season cocktail ring in Rose Gold was also pretty fab. However, it was a little chunkier than I expected. Initially I thought they were three rings strung together, but it actually is just one the gives off that look. I will say though, the color is great...a nice coppery shade of rose gold. But if that's not your cup of tea both the Saving Grace Necklace and the Award Season ring come in silver as well.
