A true beach girl, Kari Steele is the surfing SoCal gal who brings more than 23 years of experience to Radio. Originally from California, Kari started her radio career in Hawaii and remained there for ten years. She came back to raise her wonderful family and to soak in the Cali sun. She is a sports nut and enjoys most everything outdoors. Kari is the proud mom of two sons: Drake, her 18 year-old and Cameron, her 15 year old. She has coached Cameron's baseball teams and also referees AYSO soccer. Keeping up with her boys has given her a better workout than she could ever get at the gym. Kari loves to spend her Sundays relaxing and catching up on all the past week's TV shows that she has DVR'd. She loves going to concerts and seeing live theatre. Kari's favorite place to spend her free time is a cozy little place called home. She doesn't really "hang out" much, instead she enjoys having friends over. Kari is a huge Angels baseball fan and frequently goes to games to represent her favorite team! In addition to going to baseball games, the beach and family time are on her list of favorite things to do
Everyone has been asking me who did my eyelid surgery!

On this Sunday’s show our very special guest is Courtney Galiano. Courtney is a professional dancer, actress, choreographer and maybe most recognizable as a Season 4 finalist and All Star on So You Think You Can Dance! Courtney is joining us to answer all of my crazy questions about SYTYCD and share with us news of an upcoming Beat MS Dance Walk that she is co-chairing. Courtney was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and she has now become very involved in helping people understand what this disease is and how we can help fund research to find a cure!
This short video will give you a little background: The Beat MS Dance Walk is coming up September 22nd and is probably the most fun you can have raising money! You can dance walk, enjoy dance lessons from professional dancers, great performances, a raffle and silent auction. www.thebeatms.com
