My Easter Ham leftover recipe that will make you feel better about the total pig-out you'll do this weekend. (At the station we do 2 workouts a day, but not this weekend!) | 4 serving(s) Cooked Ham 97% Fat Free, Great Value Sandwich Meat | |
| 4 large egg(s) | |
| 1 tsp mustard | |
| 1/4 cup(s) Kraft Fat free mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 cup(s) Weight Watchers Plain natural nonfat yogurt |
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, mix yogurt, mustard and mayo. Cook on low heat until heated through. Toast muffin halves and top one half with 1 slice ham. Add 1 poached egg Top with sauce
