Dear Diet-Savvy Girlfriends,

The point of dieting is to lose weight. If that's not happeneing- I ain't doin' it! And the point of passing on the donuts at the office, or saying "no" to the Barista's pastry offer, or deciding not to "super-size" it, is to be healthier & feel better. So, if those things are not the result of all my concious efforts & suffering (ie. no cake at the kids bday party?!) then I'm OUT! Pass the leftover Halloween candy please.
