Warm things up with this dish from Captain Mollica . I like having something cooking in the oven when it's cold outside. Soon it's "Tamale Day" in Kristin's family & we get to attend 2 of them this year. I'll have to post pictures & tamale recipes so you can try making some too. It's one of my favorite things that the family does to get together & spend some time catching up. Eating left-over tamales out of the freezer for weeks after is pretty great too.
