On this Sunday's show we talk to Author Tish Squillaro. Tish along with her partner Timothy Thomas have written a book called "HeadTrash." It is a book that will help business leaders recognize the liabilities in themselves that may hinder their success as a leader and manager. Everyone can really benefit from the information in this book. It will help you identify self-defeating feelings and thoughts and work towards changing those different forms of HeadTrash.
