Our guests on this week’s Sunday Journal will be Santa Ana Chief of Police Carlos Rojas and WEROC Program Manager Kelly Hubbard.
Chief Rojas has been with the Santa Ana Police Department over 23 years. He has a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from
Chief Rojas is a Medal of Valor recipient from the United States Customs Service, Santa Ana Police Department and the Federal Bar Association. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Class 233, the WestPoint Leadership Program and the USC-CREATE Executive Program in Counter-Terrorism.
Kelly Hubbard works for the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) and is the Water Emergency Response Organization of Orange County (WEROC) Program Manager. Ms. Hubbard provides coordination and support for 34 agencies’ in their emergency preparedness, planning, response and recovery efforts. Ms. Hubbard has a Master’s of Science in Emergency Services Administration from
Kelly and Chief Rojas will be sharing that all important emergency preparedness information with us and what you can do to be prepared for anything.

Motherhood is a full time job and includes managing the household, multiple schedules, carpools, planning and preparations and keeping the family stocked and supplied with gear, gadgets, clothing, school supplies and so much more.
