Chef Ricardo Zarate has brought Peruvian food to Los Angeles with exciting dishes and this Saturday his entire menu is changing. I was fortunate enough to sit with the chef himself and hear about the influences from his home land he has incorporated into the new menu. 

I tasted my way through the 20 new items picking favorites and surprising myself along the way. Take a preview of the yummy-ness you can expect.
