We're going way back for one of the most popular rock and roll Christmas songs ever...sung by a 13 year old girl. A true classic...today on Mark and Kristin's Behind the Song!
Tonight on Dancing With The Stars, the final four contestants: Amber Riley and Derek Hough, Corbin Bleu and Karina Smirnoff, Bill Engvall and Emma Slater and Jack Osbourne and Cheryl Burke will be dancing to routines picked by the judges. Tonight's performers include TLC, Enrique Iglesias and Colbie Cailat. The Mirror Ball Trophy is within reach to the final four. We wish them much luck!
Mark and Kristin,
I heard your listeners giving advice on your show, so I thought I'd ask for their opinion.
My wife and I don't have kids yet, but we do have an eight-year-old Labrador retriever named Teddy.
And my wife spoils the HECK out of him.
She's already spent $500 on presents and activities this Christmas JUST for Teddy. She also wraps all his gifts and puts them under the tree.
Is it ridiculous to buy your pet that many Christmas presents? Why does she wrap the gifts when we just have to open them for the dog anyway?
Love your show!
Today, a singing movie star is inspired by kids calling out for an even bigger hero and writes a timeless children's song that's been part of the holiday season ever since. The story and the song are on Mark & Kristin's Behind The Holiday Song!
